Rachel has been working in the Intellectual Property field since 2005. Before joining magellan IP, Rachel worked in renowned Brazilian intellectual property firms as a paralegal.

She has worked for over 15 years in Trademark prosecution and portfolio management before migrating to our patent team. As a patent paralegal she assists the partners in patent and design prosecution before the BPTO.

Education

• Bachelor in Portuguese and English Language, from University Gama Filho Rio de Janeiro.

Additional Qualifications

• Basic Industrial Property Course – ABAPI.

• Intermediary Trademark Course - ABAPI.

• General course on Intellectual Property- WIPO-INPI.
