Marcelo has been working in the Intellectual Property field since 1999. Prior to joining magellan IP in June 2025, Marcelo worked in renowned Brazilian intellectual property firms as a trademark assistant and paralegal.

As a trademark paralegal, he assists the partners in preparation and review of trademark registration opinions, control of deadlines, statistics, and billing.
